FDU Florham Women’s Basketball lost to Delaware Valley University in their home game on Tuesday night by a final score of 73-36
Delaware Valley was led by Maisie Neuber who tallied 24 points in the game and Haley Keenan who tallied 19 points and made 7 rebounds. In total, Delaware Valley scored 46 points in the paint and 14 points off FDU turnovers. They shot 30 from the floor, 4 from 3-point range, and 9 from the free throw line.
Freshman Abigail Rodriguez led the scoring charge for the Devils as she poured in 19 points and grabbed three rebounds. Senior Whitney Shyposh had a solid game as well as she chipped in eight points and four boards. The team as a whole shot 21.1 percent from the floor, 20.8 percent from behind the arc and only made five free throws.
FDU Florham Women’s Basketball will return on Wednesday, Feb 22 to compete against their rival, Misericordia University.
