A sophomore who plays for Fairleigh Dickinson University's women's Bowling team named Allysha Howard has been named the Northeast Conference (NEC) Bowler of the Week for her frame average of 20.93 in 104 frames at the Chestnut Hill Baker Classic tournament.
At the tournament, Howard bowled 58 strikes, striking in 55.8% of her 104 attempts and finished the weekend averaging out 9.33 sticks per first ball. Her scorecard finished first in the league in Baker doubles.
Allysha Howard is a sophomore at FDU Metropolitan and studies criminal justice.
FDU Women's Bowling plays next on Saturday, Feb 11 at the USBC Suffolk Tournament, which is right before the last NEC meet of the season.
