Gotham FC continues it's two match road trip Saturday in Tacoma, Washington against a familiar opponent, OL Reign. The teams last met on June 5 at Red Bull Arena, with Gotham FC taking the three points and the 1-0 victory.
"We are anticipating a close match up as the last game against OL Reign was a very tight and exciting encounter. The addition of Maroszan and Le Sommer have certainly strengthened their team and also the return of Quinn. I expect the game to be contested in the midfield with some attractive soccer on display. The team that is most able to deal with the heat may find themselves with the strongest advantage," said Head Coach Freya Coombe.
After letting victory slip from their grasp in Orlando on Sunday night, Gotham FC's defense will have something to prove as they take on the high powered offense of OL Reign. Gotham FC will look to return to New Jersey with a victory and another three points towards their league standings.
