Somerset Patriots To Open TD Bank Ballpark At 100% Capacity

The Somerset Patriots, New York Yankees Double-A Affiliate, have announced that they will be opening at 100% capacity at TD Bank Ballpark in Bridgewater beginning on Friday, May 28. This comes after Governor Phil Murphy’s announcement Monday that lifts social distance requirements.

“We are very excited about the opportunity to fully open the ballpark for our fans and thank Governor Murphy and his administration for this decision,” Patriots President/General Manager Patrick McVerry told the teams media department. “We’ve waited for this day for a long time. Since the news came down that we were joining the Yankees family, we wanted to be able to welcome all the people that were unbelievably excited to come out and see New York’s future stars here. It will be great to be able to finally see packed ballparks with families and our entire community together again.”

Games from Tuesday, May 25 to Thursday, May 27 will still require social distancing. Tickets from Friday, May 28 through Sunday, June 20 will be available for purchase starting Tuesday, May 25 at noon at somersetpatriots.com.
